Peach Pudding Crumble

Servings 6 people

Ingredients

Crumble:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg egg beaten
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Pudding:

  • 1 cup white peaches peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 package (3.5 oz) French vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

For the Crumble:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with greased foil. 

  2. Combine all ingredients and spread onto the baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 18 minutes, until golden but WATCH CAREFULLY.

  4. Let it cool completely and coarsely crumble. Divide it in half and set aside.

For the Pudding:

  1. Combine the pudding mix, sour cream and whole milk together. Beat for 2 minutes. 

  2. Fold in the cut up peaches.

For Assembly:

  1. Divide the first half of the crumble among six compote dishes or wine glasses. 

  2. Top with the pudding mixture.

  3. Top the mixture with the remaining crumble and a sprig of mint. 

  4. ENJOY!
