Peach season is coming to an end so it’s time to use up all those ripe peaches! This jam is great! Pour it on top of your favorite cheese and serve it with crackers for an easy, crowd pleasing appetizer! Even better? Wrap it up and use it as a hostess gift!
Peach and Hot Pepper Jam
Ingredients
- 12 peaches
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp Peach Whiskey
- 3 hot peppers

Peel and chop the peaches. Place them in a large, heavy bottomed pot. Add the sugar, salt and whiskey. Finely dice the peppers and add them to the pot. Bring to a boil and stir frequently for 20-30 minutes until the jam is thick. Using a hand held blender, blend the peach mixture to the consistency you like. Pour into cleaned and hot mason jars and seal. Serve over your favorite cheese with crackers.
