Ahi Tuna Crisps


  • 8 oz sushi grade Ahi Tuna diced
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • wonton wrappers
  • prepared wasabi


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the wonton wrappers into triangles and lay out onto a baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray and bake for 8 minutes or until golden.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Mix well and set aside in fridge to marinate.

When ready to serve, put a tablespoon of the tuna mixture onto the wonton crisp. Drizzle with the prepared wasabi. Serve and enjoy!
