Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare two round cake pans by greasing and flouring them. Cut parchment and put it on the bottom of each pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and salt.
Stir in the vegetable oil and eggs.
Stir in the carrots and walnuts.
Divide into the two pans and bake for 30 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Let cool completely.
Beat the butter and cream cheese together in a stand mixer.
Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy.
Ice the cake to your liking and EAT IT!
