Spinach, Artichoke and Brie Dip

Try this with Trader Joe's Truffle Brie to really turn up the volume on this appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette sliced and toasted
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 wheel brie sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

    In a small cast iron pan, add a Tbsp of olive oil. Saute the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the spinach and allow to cook down. Add the artichoke hearts and stir together. Slice the brie and let melt in the pan with the spinach and artichokes.Give it and good stir and then bake for 10 minutes until bubbly and hot.
