Peach and Hot Pepper Jam

Ingredients

  • 12 peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp Peach Whiskey
  • 3 hot peppers

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the peaches. Place them in a large, heavy bottomed pot. Add the sugar, salt and whiskey.  Finely dice the peppers and add them to the pot.  Bring to a boil and stir frequently for 20-30 minutes until the jam is thick. Using a hand held blender, blend the peach mixture to the consistency you like. Pour into cleaned and hot mason jars and seal. Serve over your favorite cheese with crackers.
